My grandparents are the only people that have supported me and loved me unconditionally since the day I was born. Through thick and thin, they’ve been here for me through everything. I can be open and raw as I want with my grandparent’s and not have the fear of having them judge me. They accept me for who I am. Even though we come from completely different eras, my grandparent’s try to understand me, my way of life and the choices I make.
They’ve loved me through all my triumphs, struggles and mistakes. I honestly don’t know where I would be without my grandparents. They took care of me and raised me when I was young when my parent’s failed to take responsibility for me. Even when I stopped living with them, they manage to nurture and support me from a far. They make me stronger. They keep me grounded. They are my rock. I’m just so blessed to have grandparent’s like them. I will never put anyone above them, I love and respect them too much.
